Cancellations

ALL bookings will be required to pay a 20% deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but can be transferable to new rescheduled booking if given 48 hours notice before original appointment.

If no deposit payment has been made within 24 hours of booking, the appointment will not be secured and will be available for other clients.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur 100% payment of booked appointment charged to saved card on account file.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur 50% payment of booked appointment charged to saved card on account file.

Cancellations outside 48 hours will result in deposit being held and not refunded.
